Do you ship outside Kenya?
Yes. We deliver across East Africa and quote freight per project. Regional collection hubs are planned for 2027.
How long does a typical order take?
Standard panels ship in two to three weeks. Custom runs depend on tooling — usually four to six.
Can you work from architectural drawings?
That's our preference. Send a DWG or PDF with ceiling heights and we'll model the room's reverberation before quoting.
What happens at end of life?
We take panels back, reprocess the fibre and credit it against your next order. Every install is logged for exactly this.
