A loop, not a line
Material enters at collection and returns there at end of life. Nothing in the process is designed to become waste.
Collection
Post-consumer PET is bought from five waste-picker cooperatives across Nairobi at above-market rates, paid same day.
Processing
Bottles are sorted, washed, shredded and extruded into fine acoustic fibre. Wash water is filtered and re-circulated.
Manufacturing
Fibre is thermo-pressed into rigid modular panels. No water in the forming stage, no added chemical binders.
Installation
Our own team fits the panels, and logs each project so the material can be recovered at end of life.
